Recruiter

The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting Qoral’s recruitment operations, working closely with employer clients, and ensuring job seekers receive high-quality guidance throughout the hiring process. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building and maintaining strong employer relationships, supporting sourcing strategies, and contributing to Qoral’s overall service delivery. The Recruiter will work closely with the CEO and the broader team to support Qoral’s growing talent pipeline, contribute to employer satisfaction, and strengthen the organization’s reputation as a trusted recruitment and employability partner in New Brunswick. Responsibilities Recruitment & Candidate Management Manage full-cycle recruitment for employer clients, from job intake and postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate shortlisting.
