Our Client Referral Reward Program allows community members, partners, and professionals to earn a reward when they introduce employers who become clients of Qoral.
If you know an employer who could benefit from our recruitment or workforce preparation services, we would love to connect with them.
How the Referral Program works
Refer a Business
They Become a Client
They Pay for Services
You Receive a Reward
Introduce an employer, organization, or business that may benefit from Qoral’s services.
If the employer signs a service agreement with Qoral for recruitment or training services.
Once the employer has paid for the services provided.
You will receive 5% of the professional service fee as a referral reward.
Who Can Refer Clients?
Our referral program is open to:

Any external individual who introduces a new employer client to Qoral

This program does not apply to Qoral employees or contractors already engaged under commission-based agreements.
What Qualifies as a Successful Referral?
A referral is considered successful when:

A new employer or organization is introduced to Qoral​

The employer has not previously engaged Qoral’s services​

The employer signs a contract for recruitment or workforce training services​

The employer successfully pays for the service provided
Referral rewards are issued only after payment has been received.
Referral Reward
You will receive:
5% of the net professional fee paid by the referred employer.
Rewards apply to the first contract signed with the employer. Additional engagements may qualify only if agreed separately.
Payment Timeline
Referral rewards are typically issued within 15–30 business days after Qoral receives full payment from the employer.
Payments may be made via:
E-Transfer
Company cheque
In some cases, Qoral may request an invoice from the referring party for accounting purposes
Ethical Referrals
All referrals must be made transparently and must not create conflicts of interest or violate organizational policies.

Qoral will not issue referral rewards where prohibited by law or professional regulations.
