Skilled Construction Labourer / Pipe Layer *Charles Smith Construction Ltd.* is looking for an experienced *Skilled Labourer / Pipe Layer* to join our growing civil construction team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has experience installing underground utilities.
