Independent Recruitment Partner

Qoral Employability Services Inc. is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Independent Recruitment Partners to collaborate with us in identifying and placing qualified candidates with employers across Canada.

 

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong networks, recruitment experience, or a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. As an independent partner, you will play a key role in supporting employers while earning commission on successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and engage businesses with hiring needs

  • Generate new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals

  • Present Qoral’s recruitment and workforce solutions to prospective clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers

  • Understand client needs and relay requirements to the internal team

  • Hand over secured clients for service delivery by Qoral’s HR team

  • Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions

Compensation

 

This is a monthly retainer + commission-based opportunity. Partners earn commission on successful candidate placements and employer engagements facilitated through their efforts. Detailed commission structures and collaboration terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

  • Prior recruitment, HR, or sales experience is an asset but not mandatory

Workforce Training Facilitator

Qoral Employability Services Inc. is seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Workforce Training Facilitator to support the delivery of employability and workforce readiness programs for job seekers, newcomers, and emerging professionals.

 

This role will involve facilitating in-person workshops at Qoral’s training space, any designated client location in Moncton, as well as delivering virtual training sessions when required. The ideal candidate enjoys working with diverse groups and is passionate about helping individuals develop the skills needed to succeed in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Facilitate workforce readiness and employability workshops at Qoral’s training facility in Moncton

  • Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually depending on program needs

  • Conduct workshops on topics such as professional communication, workplace culture, job search strategies, and interview preparation

  • Engage participants in interactive learning and practical skill-building exercises

  • Adapt training materials to suit different audiences and learning styles

  • Encourage participation, discussion, and collaboration during sessions

  • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to participants where appropriate

  • Collaborate with the Qoral team to support program planning and delivery

 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or group learning programs

  • Background in human resources, career development, adult education, or workforce development is an asset

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

  • Comfortable engaging diverse audiences including newcomers and job seekers

  • Ability to deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions

  • Professional, organized, and dependable

Engagement Type
