Handyman / Maintenance Technician

Renov8 is looking for a reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician

to join our team.

The work is primarily service-based:

* Receive work orders
* Travel to properties
* Diagnose and fix issues (flooring, tile, small repairs, etc.)

Most work is completed in occupied units, so clear communication on site is important.

You will also occasionally assist on larger renovation projects.

Responsibilities

* Complete assigned work orders efficiently
* Perform general repairs (flooring, tile, minor fixes)
* Work independently and manage tasks on-site
* Communicate professionally with tenants and team

Requirements

* Experience in renovations or maintenance
* Ability to work independently
* Reliable and responsible
* Basic English (for on-site communication)

Schedule

* Full-time or part-time available
* Flexible schedule within working hours
* Must be able to complete tasks within the allocated timeframe

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.46-$26.86 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Moncton, NB
