General Renovation Technician

Location: Moncton and surrounding areas

Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Renov8 Construction & Renovation Services Ltd. is looking for a reliable and skilled General Renovation Technician to join our growing team.

We are seeking an experienced individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and is comfortable performing a variety of residential renovation and repair tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of work.

Responsibilities

* Interior painting and touch-ups
* Drywall repair, patching, mudding, sanding, and priming
* Install laminate, vinyl plank (LVP), vinyl sheet, and VCT flooring
* Install doors, windows, baseboards, casings, and quarter round
* Perform minor carpentry and finishing work
* Complete general renovation and maintenance tasks
* Prepare work areas and maintain a clean and safe job site
* Follow company safety standards and quality expectations

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of residential renovation experience preferred
* Experience with painting, drywall repairs, flooring installation, door and window installation, and finish carpentry
* Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
* Own basic hand tools are considered an asset
* Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
