*The Role*
As our Crew Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing a 2–5 person painting crew, ensuring jobs are completed with excellence and efficiency. You’ll be the bridge between the field and the office — keeping clients happy, jobs on track, and your team dialed in.

*What You’ll Do*

* Run daily crew huddles and set clear expectations
* Ensure all prep, production, and cleanup meets company standards
* Communicate with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction
* Manage time cards, materials, and jobsite logistics
* Train and mentor apprentices and painters
* Report progress and issues to the Production Manager

*Must-Have Experience*

* 2+ years leading residential or commercial paint crews
* Mastery of interior and exterior painting techniques
* Ability to read scopes and stay on budgeted hours
* Clear communication and leadership skills
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
