We are seeking a skilled Dock & Door Technician to join our team, providing essential maintenance and repair services for commercial and industrial dock and door systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting manufacturing facilities and customer operations with professionalism and technical expertise.

With branches located in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, we are looking for a *Dock and Door Technician *in *Moncton Branch *to join our growing New Brunswick Team

*Reporting to the Service Supervisor you will be responsible for:*

* · Dock and Door installation, maintenance, and inspection
* · Perform repairs in addition to installation and maintenance dock and door parts
* · Service will include mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs as per the equipment
* Diagnosing electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs
* Analyze and diagnose dock levelers, vehicle restraints
* · Performing Preventative Maintenance inspections on warehouse facilities
* Install dock equipment including shelters, seals, lights, bollards, vehicle restraints, levelers, high speed doors, and overhead doors

*Skill Requirements:*

* Good analytical skills to diagnose mechanical problems with minimal supervision
* Good mechanical aptitude with an ability to service a diverse range of equipment
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with co-workers and managers; positive attitude, and good work ethics
* Ability to lift to 70 lbs.
* Ability to manage multiple jobs at one time
* Ability to complete paperwork for multiple jobs accurately and timely
* Current and suitable driver’s abstract and driver’s license
* Strong welding skills
