*Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

MacArthur's Paving & Construction Co Inc is a growing company committed to quality workmanship and reliable service. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team.

*Position Overview:*
The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of construction equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

*Responsibilities:*

* Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment and machinery
* Perform routine maintenance and servicing
* Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues
* Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
* Keep accurate maintenance records
* Work both independently and as part of a team

*Requirements:*

* Experience working with heavy equipment (preferred)
* Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable and punctual
* Red Seal certification is NOT required
