*About the Role*

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our Turf Maintenance Team.

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in keeping the course in top condition. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and thrive in a team environment, we would love to hear from you.

*Schedule*

* 40–44 hours per week
* Must be available to work *one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)* each week
* Early morning starts are standard in the golf industry

*Primary Responsibilities*

* *Precision Mowing* – Tees, collars, and greens using walk-behind or riding mowers
* *Tee Routine* – Moving tee markers, emptying bins, maintaining ball washers
* *Bunker Maintenance* – Raking and edging sand traps to ensure playability
* *Landscaping* – Garden maintenance, weeding, trimming
* *General Labour* – Sodding, debris cleanup, basic equipment upkeep, and other course projects

*Qualifications*

* Previous landscaping or golf course maintenance experience is an asset (training provided for the right candidate)
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
* Strong attention to detail
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Reliable and punctual — morning preparation is critical to course operations
* Valid driver’s license required
