Construction Project Manager/Estimator

*Job Summary:*

* Manage projects from conception to completion ensuring the projects are completed on-time, on budget, safely, with the highest quality.
* Provide cost estimates for cladding and metal roofing of industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings including all the necessary materials required in the construction process.
* Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, Branch manager, Project Foremen and crews, and other applicable stakeholders.

*Other requirements for this role:*

* post secondary education, or relevant experience
* Ability to work at heights
* Ability to work well in outdoor elements in a team environment
* Attention to detail, strong communication skills
* Valid Driver’s License and clean Driving Abstract required
* Knowledge in the safe use of fall protection equipment and PPE
* Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
* Travel to the site, and off-site locations will be required.
